30 Days of simple 30 minute yoga classes designed to familiarize any practitioner of any level with a regular yoga practice. This series is a way to check in with our anamaya kosha (our physical body experience) during these challenging times. 'Asana', the physical exercise that we practice on our yoga mats, is one of the eight limbs in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, and we explore the other limbs of yoga on FreeYogaTV. This 30 day program is an opening for the physical body so we can continue along with the unfold of our own unique journeys.
